I'm FINE
"I'm fine", the automatic answer we give when we are asked some questions, especially sensitive questions, but are we truly fine? Most times the answer we give is yes, but deep inside we know we are not fine actually, because we may be depressed, we are shy or can't talk among large gatherings because we feel we will be ridiculed, or sometimes the tone at which the person asks the question instills fear inside of you.
Depression, abuse and domestic violence(D.A.D.V) are also internal murderers, they kill you from within and you don't want to speak out, it is at this point we need sensitive and supportive people around us to be our voices, when you sense someone is dealing with one of the D.A.D.V'S, that is not the time to be violent with the person neither is it the time to leave the person alone, even though the person is trying to form like a strong guy or lady(hard guy) don't leave the person because 3.5% of death are caused by anxiety or depression, so we should try to be nice to the person, have fun, try activities like
1)routines to cheer the person up,
2) doing what they love doing with them,
3) exercise or outdoor activities,
4) eating and sleeping well.
When you do those for things, you have a high chance of the person opening up to you.
So Be nice to people around you
