Anger is a strong feeling of annoyance, displeasure, or hostility.

Never take any actions when you are angry 

Anger is a destroyer of friendships, trust, and relationships, anger can make you say or do things you don't mean to or you don't like it is a deadly disease that can destroy someone's life and make him miss opportunities in life, anger is a gradual demon that grows in someone overtime and kill or hurt people, or things, 

Built up anger and frustration  

Never let your emotions move you negatively, your actions can cost you your life and what you love, always try to think positive and do positive no matter the situation, and pray to God when you are confused about anything  when you put your faith in just your human efforts you will fail and make mistakes, consider other people's feelings when taking any actions and pray for the right person and pray you don't lose the right person in everything you do think of others, and don't break trust, it can cause trauma to the other party 

When you are angry pray and don't take any actions

Anger destroys relationships, so to save yourself and save others' lives, just pray and don't take action at that moment, 

Also, Don't ever sleep angry. It can cause you or the significant other a lot, I watched a video some years back where a couple who was angry at each other for the whole day and were quarreling, went to bed at night, and in the middle of the night when the asthmatic wife needed his help he just ignored her and went to bed later the next morning, his wife had died and he was regretting his actions, but at that point, he couldn't bring her back, I pray God will grant us the grace to be patient and understanding and help us not to take decisions that will make us regret later in Jesus name.

What to do when angry:
